A: Absolutely, as long as you're in good standing with us, we will provide you with technical support and migration. - Q: Do you charge a fee to transfer our web site to your servers or another server?
A: If you are moving your web site to our servers, it is absolutely free to you. If we are helping you move it elsewhere there is a $25.00 per hour charge. - Q: I moved my web site to another server, without telling you guys ahead of time and now nothing seems to work on the new server, what is going on?
A: If you moved your web site to another server without telling us ahead of time, you are responsible for your own web site. In most cases, your web site is dependent of PHP scripts, MYSQL databases, and custom email programming scripts, depending on your new server some of the scripts may not work properly, so you must edit the scripts accordingly. Since you are no longer on our servers, we are not responsible for your web site. - Q: We currently have a web site, Can you help us Update our web site?
A: Yes, we can help you modify your exsisting web site, as long as we have all the files and FTP information.
