A: Depending on your needs, the size of your project, and your time frame is what we use to compute your estimate. - Q: If you design our web site, can we continue to use our excisting web host service?
A: Absolutely, as long as we have access to your hosting service, and we are able to access the directories that may be needed. In some cases, we strongly suggest that you host with us (i.e. Applications and shopping carts) - Q: Do you customize open source applications?
A: Yes, we do. Some of the Open Source applications that we customize are: Joomla, Drupal, Xoops, Mambo, Oscommerce, Zen Cart, Magento Commerce, Word-Press and other Open Source Applications. - Q: Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A: In some cases, Yes we do. It all depends how far into the project we are. If you're project is close to completion and you decide to back out, we will request that you pay the whole project. - Q: Do I get all my files at the end of the project?
A: Absolutely; we provide you with a one-time copy of your web site. In some states, we might have to charge you taxes for a CD containging your files. As per IRS tax rules. We did not make the tax rule, we only follow it. - Q: What if I loose the CD with my web site files, how can I obtain a fresh copy?
A: In order for us to provide you with a new CD you must request one in writing or by emailing us directly. We will either email it to you, or Burn a CD and mailing to you. You are responsible for the Shipping and Handling.
